I started SWIF to give founders the strategic clarity most advisory firms do not. Over the last few years I have worked with 200+ startups across 23 countries on positioning, go-to-market, and authority-led growth.

So I partnered with Colorteam, a boutique creative studio founded by Olasubomi Archibong (Subomi), with eight years of work behind names like Netflix, Nigerian Breweries, Electrolux, and Sonova. Colorteam is the execution engine I trust to take strategy out of the deck and into the market.

Signal and Scale are partnership packages, but each half can also be engaged independently. If you only need the strategic advisory side, you can work with SWIF directly. If you only need the creative execution side, you can work with Colorteam directly. The partnership pricing applies when both halves are hired together.

If a package fits, we send a tailored scope and a simple agreement. First instalment confirms the engagement.

Kick-off within the week. Both teams active from day one. You get strategy and execution running in parallel, not in sequence.

Questions we get asked.

Are Signal and Scale complete on their own?
Yes. Each package is a fully self-contained offering. Signal builds your authority and brand identity in 8 weeks. Scale runs your go-to-market in 3 months. Hiring both gives you the strongest end-to-end story, but neither needs the other to deliver.
How is this different from hiring SWIF and Colorteam separately?
Three things. First, hiring Signal & Scale costs less than commissioning the same scope from SWIF and Colorteam separately — the partnership pricing reflects the efficiency of working as one team. Second, the teams are already in sync, so you do not pay for the discovery time it takes a new agency to understand your strategist's brief. Third, you have one main point of contact: Ifeoluwa.
Who runs the work day-to-day?
Ifeoluwa leads strategy and acts as your primary partner across both packages. Subomi leads execution at Colorteam with his team of eight. You will have direct access to both founders throughout the engagement.
What happens after the package ends?
Either of us can continue independently if it makes sense. Most founders who finish Scale move into an ongoing execution retainer with Colorteam. Most founders who finish Signal continue working with Ifeoluwa on broader business strategy. We will talk about what comes next before the engagement ends, not after.
How quickly can we start?
