How Colorteam collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit colorteam.io, subscribe to our newsletter or book a call with us.
We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run this website, answer you and send the updates you asked for. We never sell your data.
The controller of your personal data is Colorteam, Dereniowa 9/20, 02-776 Warsaw, Poland. For anything about your data, write to subomi@colorteam.io or call +48 722 162 814.
When you subscribe in the footer, we collect your first name, last name and email address to send you Colorteam insights and updates. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Our Book a Call buttons open a booking page run by Google Calendar. The details you enter there, usually your name, email and anything you add to the booking, are used to hold the call and follow up afterwards. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
If you email or call us, we use what you send to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or the contract between us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
With your consent only, we use HubSpot to understand how people use this site: the pages you visit, how you arrived (including the campaign tags in links we share), your device and browser, an approximate location based on your IP address, and clicks on our Book a Call buttons. This helps us see which content is useful. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Polish electronic communications law). If you decline, HubSpot does not set its tracking cookies.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which processes your IP address to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Our typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a fast, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The Spotify player on the Podcast page only loads when you press play. From then on, Spotify may process data under its own privacy policy.
When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. We also respect Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and Spotify take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, limit how we use it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. Write to subomi@colorteam.io and we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Polish data protection authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
